I began my holistic journey in 2010. I was holed up in my room with pregnancy sickness, unable to move much at all. I spent my days at home alone with my computer... researching and learning. My pursuit of learning about how to have a healthy pregnancy quickly snowballed into an entire holistic world I didn't know existed.
Step by step, I began cleaning up my lifestyle and learning to make better choices, read labels, and purchase products with cleaner ingredients. I learned that "green washing" is a thing and I can't trust a company claiming they are non-toxic just because they say they are.
It was overwhelming and confusing, not knowing who to trust. That's what this education hub is for.
