There are several oils that are perfect for your Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) session! Start with what you have, and add more to your stash as you're able. We only use a few drops of each oil during a session, so one bottle will last a long time.

Stress Away, Frankincense, and Lavender are the first 3 staples for every AFT session. You may opt for the smaller Vitality bottles of Frankincense and Lavender, or you may substitute all 3 of these oils with Trauma Life.
The last 4 oils you may want to add are Clarity, Magnify Your Purpose, SARA, and Trauma Life. These oils are helpful in some AFT sessions, but are not used in every session.
